Looking for something different to do with your children during the school holidays? You are very welcome to join us for a children’s meditation session at the Peaceful Land of Joy Meditation Centre, located at 20 Cookes Rd, Yuroke (just off Mickleham Rd).
Bring your children along to enjoy a delightful hour of activities including:
- mindfulness
- meditation and
- children’s stories that resonate with the teachings of Buddhism
Sessions are designed for primary school age children (5-11) accompanied by a parent. Siblings are welcome to attend.
You may like to bring a small snack and drink for your child to enjoy before or after the session. The cost is $5 per child or $8 for a family.
