Angela Scherma

Based on the book, ‘Essence of the Path to Enlightenment’ by Venerable Geshe Acharya Thupten Loden, a range of subjects will be discussed that provide insight into the self, mind and causes of change that can bring about a gentle and gradual understanding of happiness and suffering.

Life changing – Path to enlightenment

4 – 5.30 pm Sundays from Sunday 27 April*

2025 Path to Enlightenment classes resume for Term 2 on Sunday 27 April at 4 pm with Nick Sleeman.

One of the special qualities of path to enlightenment texts is that the focus is primarily practical rather than theoretical.

Each subject includes an explanation of how to cultivate meditation to deepen our understanding of it. The practice of the path to enlightenment is life changing.
