Saturday 7 March – One day retreat

by TBS information | Feb 5, 2026 | Latest News, Uncategorised

UNLOCKING OUR HUMAN POTENTIAL

SATURDAY 7 MARCH 2026

Onsite and Online

We have the capability to be able to transform our usual experience, thereby discovering within us an innate source of happiness. All experience finally depends on mind. By training our mind we can cultivate resilience and joy.

During this one-day retreat we will introduce the nature of the mind, and lead meditations that have the potency to dramatically improve happiness and wellbeing.

We look forward to welcoming you to our March one day retreat, to be led by  Michael Joseph. Michael is a long-time student of the Society’s founder and spiritual guide, Venerable Geshe Acharya Thubten Loden.

The retreat is suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators alike.

There will be four guided meditation sessions. Each session will include a short talk.

The retreat timetable will be:

Session 1:    9.15 – 10.30am
