The sun through the clouds

Events in the world change moment by moment and these events, like storms, come and go. Clouds disperse and the sun brings new life with its warmth. Like that, when we experience adversity, we can transform these experiences into an understanding of the difficulties that others experience. And with this understanding, the fruits of  compassion and joy can ripen in our heart knowing we can, through this wisdom, benefit others. This talk includes two types of meditation practices to develop a mind of clarity and awareness and will suit both new and experienced meditators.
