The Tibetan Buddhist Society teaching program offers four classes each week to suit people from all walks-of-life and lifestyles who wish to explore the benefits of meditation or continue refining their practice.
Sundays include the introductory series at 1.30 pm. In this 3-week course, you will learn the basic meditation techniques that anyone, from any background, can use to improve the quality of life. You will learn to identify and develop the mental habits and patterns that support wellbeing and to deconstruct the habits and minds that disrupt our happiness and balance.
The Master Key: Path to Enlightenment at 4 pm. Tim McKibben, a long-term student of Geshe Loden, leads the Path to Enlightenment course where each session incorporates meditation, Q&A, and tea, coffee and cake afterwards. As a new topic is presented each week, you are welcome to drop in whenever suits you.
Two Vajrayana classes for students with appropriate empowerments on Mondays and Wednesdays.
