ONLINE – SUNDAY 19 SEPTEMBER – SATURDAY 9 OCTOBER 2021
An opportunity for practitioners who have received Vajrayogini empowerment to quickly remove obstacles and deepen their meditation practice during our 3-week biennial retreat.
Vajrayogini is an extraordinary purification practice.
• Students join six sessions of guided meditation each day and complete 100,000 mantras.
• The retreat concludes with the traditional fire puja.
• The authoritative Vajrayogini commentary, ‘Path to the Union of Clear Light and Illusory Body’, by the great Tibetan scholar and spiritual guide, Venerable Geshe Acharya Thubten Loden, is the basis for retreat teachings and meditations.
Michael Joseph, Ven. Anna Goldstein and Rosie McKew – all long-term students of the Tibetan Buddhist Society’s founder, Venerable Geshe Acharya Thubten Loden, and regular teachers and directors of the
Tibetan Buddhist Society in Melbourne – will lead the retreat.
The teachers received these teachings from their Guru, Venerable Geshe Acharya Thubten Loden, and have practised both Vajrayogini and Yamantaka for many years.
The 2021 Vajrayogini retreat will be online only at this stage due to the ongoing COVID situation in Victoria. Participants who register will be sent
an online link for the sessions.
There is some possibility of day time visits. This depends on the COVID situation closer to the retreat.
You can register for the Vajrayogini retreat 2021 here.
