Introduction series – 1.30-3pm Sundays from 31 January to 21 February 2021
“2020 was such a tough year for so many of us, here in Melbourne, in Victoria, Australia and all around the world. And it still is for most of this poor planet.
In this four-week meditation course, we’ll gently explore Buddha’s key teachings on healing, peace, love and compassion for ourselves and all. We’ll learn all the how-to’s of meditation as I guide you through the well-loved ones of Buddhism. Each session will have plenty of time for questions.
Everyone is very welcome to join us.”
Pam Martin, the teacher for these classes, is a long-time student of the Tibetan Buddhist Society’s founder and spiritual guide, Venerable Geshe Acharya Thubten Loden.
