Path to Enlightenment online classes
– Sundays 4pm to 5.30pm
Generosity of spirit, pure ethical behaviour, calm patience, joyful exuberance, stable concentration and insightful wisdom. Who can honestly say these qualities wouldn’t improve their life?
After developing bodhicitta – the extraordinary mind of enlightenment, Bodhisattvas then engage in the six perfections to traverse the Path to Enlightenment.
However even for us ordinary folk, meditating on these six transcendent actions brings much personal benefit and helps us along the path.
Tim McKibben will explain the perfection of ethics, as presented in Geshe Acharya Thubten Loden’s masterwork ‘Path to Enlightenment in Tibetan Buddhism’.
If you need a copy of the prayers, please request this by emailing email@example.com
If you would like to ask questions at the end of the session you can do this by finding the ‘Chat’ or ‘Comment’ button on your device, which is usually on the top right hand corner.
