Introduction series from Sunday 18 April to 20 June
CURRENTLY ONLINE ONLY DURING THE VICTORIAN LOCKDOWN
Why not unlock the doors to kindness and happiness in your life? Or the doors to the calmness, patience and meaning that lie within?
The wisdom of the ages from the Buddha is the master key that unlocks and explores all the internal pathways that have been unknown to us for much of our lives.
This wisdom is encapsulated in Geshe Acharya Thubten Lodens’s text Meditations on the Path to Enlightenment, which this eight week series is based upon.
Tim McKibben and Angela Scherma, long-time students of the Society’s founder and spiritual guide, Venerable Geshe Acharya Thubten Loden, will lead the series.
You can attend the full series or individual sessions.
Each session will comprise guided instruction on Buddhist meditation methods as well as a talk to explain some of the concepts and Q and A.
